CMS provided the complete mechanical services installation to this nine storey, premium office building in Perth’s CBD including integrated fit-outs for all tenancies including KPMG, Macquarie Bank, Worley Parsons and Hawaiian.  This building was the first successfully completed 5 Star Green Star Building in Perth.  The installation comprised central chilled and heating water systems to air handling plant located in the roof plantroom serving a low temperature VAV system solution.  Included in the installation was a tenant condenser water system, designed and operated to maximise the use of ‘free cooling’ available during lower ambient conditions.
