Claremont Quarter incorporates 30,000m2 of retail floor space over two floors with more than 140 retail stores and major tenants including Coles and David Jones. The development also features 77 stylish residential apartments.

CMS undertook the complete mechanical services installation complete with central plant serving the retail zones and VRV refrigerated air conditioning to the apartments. The development also features 1,460 car bays spread over five levels, which are ventilated by impulse jet fans, ducted ventilation and natural ventilation.
