The first 2 stages of the SJOG Subiaco Hospital Redevelopment included:

– A complete upgrade of the Hospital’s existing kitchen and an overhaul of the Mechanical Services Plant room above. This includes the provision of 5x AHU’s and the demolition and removal of redundant plant and equipment.

– The construction of a purpose built Pandemic ward. The negative pressure isolation rooms are ventilated through a series of HEPA filters in the new plant rooms above.

– Dilapidation and renewal of the existing Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

– All works undertaken in an active hospital environment.
