Provision of new Mechanical Services installation in a 3,000m2 tenancy at the new Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Working closely with a design team based at Zara’s head office in Spain, CMS were tasked to deliver additional cooling requirements to meet Zara’s global standard. Procurement of an additional Air Handling Unit into a completed plantroom and technical duct and pipework routes, combined with a curved ceiling design resulted in a challenging project that led to a striking visual finish.
