Complete demolition, reinstatment and full floor fitout of the new Bechtel offices located at 140 St George’s Terrace in the Perth CBD. Involving a condensed ECI program,the project included a detailed dilapidation report and assistance in the new design of the tenancy, working alongside Hoskins Contracting to deliver the project to the clients expectations. The office space includes open plan work areas, meeting rooms, staff breakouts and amenities.
