PS Structures

CMS installed air conditioning systems to various areas including; a 556 seat theatre served by an under floor displacement system and reverse cycle chiller plant.

Drama studios, dance studios, a suite of practice rooms, percussion studio, general classrooms, and staff and student dining facilities are all served by VRV systems.

The air conditioning, together with  all ventilation systems, and cold rooms are controlled via a bespoke BMS system, with many systems also being integrated with the lighting control system to provide maximum energy savings.
